This software provides a comprehensive suite of reports designed to give users smart, consolidated and actionable insights for managing payroll and compliance.
Payroll summary
The payroll summary report provides a comprehensive overview of payroll data for a selected period, including total wages, taxes, deductions and contributions.
Reports can be generated either by pay period or by individual employee. An additional filter allows users to choose between a summary view, which highlights total wages, taxes and key payroll metrics, detailed view, displaying period-wise earnings, deductions and contributions.

Reports can be exported in PDF or Excel format for easy record-keeping and analysis, and can also be emailed directly as attachments when required.

Payslips
The 'Payslips' section offers flexible options for reviewing employee real-time payslips. Users can view payslips by pay period or by individual employee and apply filters to refine the results. By selecting a specific month, the system automatically generates payslip reports for the full twelve-month cycle. Payslips can be downloaded individually, in bulk, or as a single ZIP file and can also be sent directly to employees via email.

Employee view: Users can generate payslips reports for individual employees as required.


HMRC payslip
The HMRC payslip (P32) report provides a clear and compliant summary of payroll deductions and contributions in line with HMRC requirements.
The report displays key payroll details, including PAYE tax, National Insurance, Student and Postgraduate loans and other statutory deductions. It also includes HMRC payment information such as: HMRC accounts office reference number, sort code, payment amount due, payment due date. The HMRC payment liability is automatically generated based on your processed payroll data, ensuring accuracy and compliance. User can also use the period filter to view the liability for a specific period.

The report can be exported in two types of PDF format and can also be emailed directly for convenient sharing and record-keeping.
YTD reports
Year-to-date (YTD) reports enable users to monitor payroll trends and maintain compliance across defined timeframes.
Users can generate employee-specific reports that display cumulative figures to date, including gross pay, PAYE tax, National Insurance and other relevant payroll details. Reports can be viewed by month, quarter or year offering flexible analysis options.

Reports can be exported in PDF or Excel format and can also be emailed directly for easy sharing and record-keeping.
Additional reports
Software also provides access to a range of additional payroll and compliance reports, including:
P60
An annual statement summarising an employee’s earnings and deductions for the tax year, issued to employees for tax purposes. This report is generated at year end after the successful submission of the full tax year and can be downloaded or emailed directly.


P45
A statement issued when an employee leaves employment, detailing earnings and deductions up to the leaving date. The report can be downloaded or emailed directly.

Expenses and benefits
Covers employer-incurred expenses and employee benefits, providing a summarised report along with key details such as employer name, description, and amounts.

Additions and deductions
Displays additional payments or deductions outside regular wages. Filters are available to view additions and deductions separately.

Attachment of earning report
Displays details of employee earnings subject to statutory attachments, including employee name, AEO type, descriptions, references and other required information.

Payroll summary
Provides advanced options for generating customised payroll reports, with configurations available on a weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual basis. Reports can be exported in Excel or PDF format.
