Acting Office is designed to streamline the management of business contacts, officers, and shareholders with precision and confidentiality. Easily integrate and update officer details through our seamless connection with Companies House. Manage contacts effortlessly by adding new leads or linking existing personnel with intuitive tools.
Analysing contacts in Acting Office
1. Contacts
When a business is added to a lead, the contact details entered are directly connected to the contact list.
Additionally, you can add contacts directly by clicking on the 'Add' icon.
To link existing lead or personnel, choose from the list of all contact persons, or add a new customer by clicking 'New Contact.'
Contact information can also be edited, and if a contact needs to be unlinked from the business, simply click on 'Unlink Contacts' icon.
Acting Office also allows setting a primary contact. Simply tick the checkbox adjacent to the contact name, to mark it as a primary contact.
When clicking on a contact, users will access the contact's dashboard, which displays the current status and relevant details. Navigating to the 'Businesses' section within the contact's profile provides a comprehensive list of all businesses associated with the contact.

2. Officers
Through its integration with Companies House, Acting Office transmits all officers' names along with details such as their designation, date of birth, appointment date, and resignation date.
If a newly added officer does not appear in the list, click on 'Retrieve'
to fetch the data.A search functionality is also available to find any individual in the list.

3. Shareholders
To compile a list of shareholders in Acting Office, an authentication code is needed. The authentication code can be transmitted via the 'Data Link', ensuring the confidential transfer of personal information.
Upon receiving the authentication code, the names of the shareholders and the number of shares they hold for the relevant period will be fetched.
