  • Filings, data requests, access codes and e-signatures

  • Document uploads and modifications

  • AML records and complaints

  • Subscriptions, invoices, letters and quotes

Automatic synchronisation with Companies House

Acting Office offers the convenience of automatic synchronisation with Companies House filing details. This ensures that the latest information is seamlessly updated and readily accessible within the ‘History' tab. Any changes or updates from Companies House are automatically reflected, keeping your client records current without manual intervention.

Searching and filtering history

The History Tab includes a robust search function and filtering options:

  • Enter keywords related to the information you are looking for. The search function scans through the entire history to pinpoint exact matches.

b. Filters

  • Apply filters to narrow down the search results based on criteria such as date range, activity type (e.g., emails, phone calls), or specific keywords. This helps in quickly locating the precise data you need for your intended purposes.

Gain complete control over client data by using the navigation buttons:

a. Go to start

  • This button allows you to navigate back to the beginning of the client's history. It's particularly useful when you need to review the initial interactions or foundational details.

b. Go to recent

  • This button helps you jump to the most recently shared files or activities. It's ideal for quickly accessing the latest updates or interactions.
