Data request
The data request process in the system can be used for the following two purposes
Secure link – To allow clients to add or update employee details.
Payroll review – To allow clients to review and update employee payroll calculations.

Secure link
The secure link option enables accountants to securely request and collect employee details directly from end users, streamlining data collection and improving overall operational efficiency.
By selecting secure link from the clicking the “+ Request” button, accountants can send a request email to the end user. The user verifies access using an OTP received via email and then enters or updates employee details, including personal, starter and employment information.

Recognising that users may not be able to complete the employee details in one session, system provides a “Save for later” option, allowing progress to be saved and resumed later via a link sent by email.

Once the information is submitted, the accountant receives an email notification to review the details and approve the request from the CRM data link or the payroll data request section.

Payroll review
The payroll review option in the system allows accountants to securely request and update employee payroll calculations directly with end users, streamlining data collection and improving overall operational efficiency.
Payroll review data requests are divided into two types within the system :
Standard payroll review
Detailed payroll review
Standard payroll review
The standard payroll review option in the system allows accountants to securely request and update an employee’s gross pay directly with the end user.
To begin, click “+ Request” and select the "Standard" option under payroll review. The accountant can then send a request email to the end user. The user verifies access using an OTP received via email. After verification, the user enters or updates the employee’s gross pay and clicks "Save".


Once the information is submitted, the accountant receives an email notification to review and approve the request from the CRM data link or payroll data request section.

Detailed payroll review
The detailed payroll review option allows accountants to securely request and update an employee’s PAYE calculation details—such as payments, additions and deductions, expenses and benefits directly with the end user.
To initiate this process, click “+ Request” and select the “Detailed” option under payroll review. The accountant can then send a request email to the end user. The user verifies access using an OTP received via email. After verification, the user can enter or update PAYE calculation details, including payments, additions and deductions, expenses and benefits then click "Save".

Recognising that users may not be able to complete the process in a single session, the system provides a “Save for later” option, allowing progress to be saved and resumed later using a link sent via email.

Once the information is submitted, the accountant receives an email notification to review and approve the request from the CRM data link or payroll data request section.
