Enable MTD
Enabling MTD functionality allows our software to seamlessly interact with HMRC for VAT returns submissions. You will need user ID and password along with VAT details to authorise the software. To enable MTD, follow these steps-
Go to the VAT return section by navigating to the bookkeeping module and select a client.
Click on the edit icon near the VAT details to edit or input the required information.
Click on the ‘Enable MTD’ button on the left side of the VAT return screen.

Enabling MTD You will be redirected to the HMRC website, enabling interaction with the software. Click 'Continue' to proceed.

Connecting to the software Click on 'Sign in to HMRC online services' when prompted with 'What you will need' on the HMRC website.

Signing in to HMRC online services Sign in using the VAT online account's user ID and password in the provided sign-in window.

Sign in credentials Grant permission for the software to interact with HMRC by clicking on the 'Give Permission' button.

Granting permission Upon successful permission, the MTD enable process is completed.
A green tick mark badge will appear on the VAT return screen, confirming that MTD enablement is completed.
